The exterior courtyard on the west is looking terrific. Wilkie Masonry is doing a great job And moving fast on building the 8 foot columns for the west side fence. The concrete debris that has been piled in front of the church on Arden way is being removed. Today the balance of the exterior courtyard was poured. In addition, the concrete wall just to the west of the church compressor was taken down. In the courtyard more of the lime soil has been removed, and the Astroturf is being completed. The crew will be putting in the columns and the wrought iron fence tomorrow morning on the west side. The Class of 2019 had a chance to see the new school and visit their new classroom.

I can’t wait to move in. - Emily My first impression of the new school was that it looked gorgeous, spacious, and very modern. - Ty The new school expresses how the community of St. Ignatius strives to achieve goals that help and inspire the students. - Molly There were only about 20 people working on the site today, framing the amphitheater seating and weatherproofing the trellis columns. Sidewalks will be poured and grading work will start on the east side on Wednesday and the amphitheater seating will start on Thursday. Happy New Year! |
