8 hours of rain Sunday night proved no challenge to the new grounds; there were no leaks! There will be lots going on this week. The interior courtyard concrete will be poured Wednesday.

With flooring and lighting coming along, it's looking great!

The Western and northern property line walls are totally built. They look great. The new landscaping arrived and is being planted along Arden way. We have lots of shrubs and trees being put in. Starting Monday the glass for the two main entrances will be installed in addition to the pop out office windows being installed. Hopefully the work will be done in two days in order for us to request county approval and apply for the installation of the PG&E meter.
